Discovered under centimetres of dust in a cupboard of an empty office building, Josef Hoffmann’s stunning fabric designs for the Wiener Werkstatte. Reproduced today by the Backhausen mill, they can still be purchased today. Hard to believe these designs are over 100 years old. Here’s a sample of our favourites

Dungeness based design duo, Mini Moderns. Heavily influenced by mid century British design, it’s hard to miss the impact that their local seaside surroundings have on their work too. Just lovely. The Society have long been in love with this couple. Illustrating over 40 stunning children’s books, we could peruse and admire their work all afternoon. There’s enough of it!
